Gunja (Pauline) Park-Lipsey passed away on January 23, 2021. Pauline was the beloved wife of Donald Lipsey and mother of Isaac Lipsey. She was 49.
Pauline was born in South Korea to Munsun and Jungyea Park and spent her formative years in Seoul, South Korea. She attended University in Japan and Canada. She was a bible teacher at University Bible Fellowship with a generous heart, which is where she met Don Lipsey. She and Don lived in Catonsville for 11 years with their son Isaac.
Pauline was a devoted wife and mother, active in church, community and furthering education for herself and children wherever possible. She loved being a mother, listening to Sunday sermons at church, hiking in Patapsco State Park, walking on the beach, enjoying Maryland’s seafood and being a sweetheart.
She is survived by her husband, son, 5 sisters and mother.
Due to the COVID Pandemic, Private Visitation and Funeral Services will be held for Family Only on Thursday, January 28, 2021 at the Sterling Ashton Schwab Witzke Funeral Home of Catonsville, Inc., 1630 Edmondson Avenue, Catonsville, MD 21228 followed by a Private Burial at Woodlawn Cemetery.
