Ruth Seifert, age 79, of Gwynn Oak, Maryland passed away on Sunday, February 6, 2022. Ruth was born August 20, 1942. Daughter of the late Graham Edward Welch, Sr. and Evelyn Virginia (nee Sprinkle) Welch, Beloved sister of Graham Edward Welch, Jr. and Edward Graham Welch.
A funeral mass for Ruth will be held Thursday, February 17, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at St Agnes Catholic Church, 5422 Old Frederick Rd, Baltimore, MD 21229. Interment at Woodlawn Cemetery, 2130 Woodlawn Dr, Baltimore, MD 21207.
