

Catherine Ann Dixon, of Littleton, Colorado, passed away peacefully on May 16, 2025, at the age of 75. An extraordinary artist, philosopher, and devoted mother and grandmother, Catherine’s life was defined by her creativity, compassion, curiosity, and vibrant spirit.
A gifted artist, Catherine’s work spanned contemporary abstract painting, printmaking, papermaking, and quilting. Her artistry extended even to the way she decorated her beloved Christmas tree—each detail a testament to her boundless imagination. Her love for art was more than a passion; it was a reflection of her luminous soul. An avid reader and deep thinker, she maintained an extensive personal library and enjoyed studying the world around her.
Catherine’s intelligence, warmth, and sharp wit brought light and laughter to those around her. She was an endless source of kindness, wisdom, and unwavering support—always there for her loved ones through thick and thin.
She is lovingly remembered by her children, Hannah Arianne Roberts (Zach) and Gavin Joseph Cook; her grandchildren, Jade Catherine Felthoven, Ava Elizabeth Roberts, and Carter Zachary Roberts; and her siblings, William Dixon, Patricia McClure, Laura Patterson, and Daniel Dixon. She was preceded in death by her parents, William Dixon and Margaret Dixon.
