Chase is survived by his parents, Philip and Tracy Enriquez; siblings Brittany Bohlen and Chance Enriquez; nephews Corbyn and Kadyn Bohlen and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
A visitation for Chase will be held Wednesday, July 20, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM at Olinger Chapel Hill Mortuary & Cemetery, 6601 South Colorado Blvd, Centennial, CO 80121. A memorial luncheon will be held on Thursday, July 21, 2022 at 11:30 AM with a burial to follow at Olinger Chapel Hill Cemetery.
