Christine Lynn Jones

Christine Lynn Jones was born to William and Lois Rogers, August 7, 1949 in Inglewood, California. She graduated from Westchester High School in 1967, and was employed by Hughes Aircraft in Culver City. In 1970 she moved to Utah, taking a job at Brian Head Ski Resort, followed by a position at Sea World in San Diego two years later. There, she met Gil at church, " who asked her to marry him, and then had their first date", and were married six weeks later on Easter Sunday, April 22, 1973. She co-pastored with Gil at churches in San Diego and Idaho for the next nine years, before moving to Denver in 1982; where she worked for an engineering firm, Children's Hospital and Cedarwood Christian Academy. The last 15 years of her life she filled as a licensed daycare provider, caring for over 40 children during that time. She is survived by Gil and her two sons, Ethan Vitaly and Evan Dmitry Jones, adopted out of Russia in 1996 and 1998, also her sister Connie Valois. She always had a way of conveying "everything will be alright."

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24, 2015 at Eleven O'clock in the morning at Family Worship Center, 6395 S Clarkson St, Centennial, CO 80121.
