Liz was a woman of warmth, wit, and boundless creativity. She never met a stranger and had a gift for making everyone feel welcome in her presence. She was especially known for her passion for creative writing, her talent for crafts, and her sparkling sense of humor, which brightened the lives of all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her parents John & Dorothy LeNormand, beloved husband, Roy O. Davis, her brother John “Jack” LeNormand, and her sister Theodora “Sue” Battaglia.
Liz is survived by her sister, Sandra D. Toman of Natchez, MS; children Lisa (Jerry), Steve (Cynthia), Sheila (Paul), and Greg (Christine); her grandchildren Dawn, Aja, Zachery, Ashlee, Sean, Jeremy, Hunter, and Riley; as well as her great-grandchildren, nephews and nieces, all of whom brought her immeasurable pride and joy.
She will be remembered with so much love—for the laughter, kindness, and joy she gave so freely from her heart. Her memory will live on in the stories told, the lives touched, and the love she left behind.
A celebration of Liz’s life will be held at a future date.
