He was born in East St. Louis, Illinois to Ruth and Benord Kramer. He lived in St. Charles, MO with his wife Nadine for 37 yrs until moving to Lakewood, CO in 2014.
Howard was very involved in community theatre, acting in numerous musicals, plays, local commercials, and was even an extra in a TV movie. He loved watching and talking about his favorite baseball team, the St. Louis Cardinals. After all, he was known as Baseball Howard. His favorite thing to do was to talk about anything with everyone! Howard especially liked spending time with his grandpuppies, always ready with treats. He enjoyed road trips with Nadine exploring numerous parts of the country including baseball spring training in Florida and the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, NY.
He is survived by his wife Nadine, daughter Dr. Jill Kramer (Littleton, CO), 2 sisters Joyce Sass (St. Louis, MO) and Gloria Berger (Chicago, IL), and his 2 grandpuppies Joey and Honey.
