Kane left his earthly body on Monday July 4th, 2022, at the young age of 21.
As he was a premature baby with heart ailments, doctors didn’t believe that Kane would survive. He defied the odds! In fact, he far exceeded their expectations. Kane was a fighter and was the most resilient young man.
As a baby, he was fed big bowls of ice cream by his Grandma Ruth. His mother, Rachel, would get so upset and tell her, “Grandma, stop feeding him all of that ice cream.” Grandma Ruth would just laugh and say, “what,” and they would continue eating ice cream.
As a child, Kane taught himself how to ride a bike when he was only 3 years old. At age 4 he taught himself how to swim by jumping into the deep end of the pool. His mother was always sitting nearby on the side of the pool and repeatedly had to jump in to snatch him out, until one day he was treading water and swimming successfully! It was a major moment in his young life… He was as fearless as we would all like to be...
When Kane was a child, he aspired to be a fireman or a police officer.
Kane was a product of the Lakewood and Littleton school district where he spent 11 years.
In elementary school, he was excited to be the weatherman. You knew he was so excited to be on camera, because he had this big cheesy grin on his face.
In his high school years, despite his history of heart issues, Kane played football for a total of 2 weeks at Littleton high school.
Kane hated bread, but he loved French toast. He loved the engaged eating experience at Benihanas… And he loved eating at Wing-Stop, Dave’s Hot Chicken, Mexican food, seafood, but he loved his Mama’s cooking more than anything, and was quick to let you know it! Kane loved making cookies…he enjoyed his sweets.
He loved listening to music, wearing his headphones, sunglasses, with his bandana or ski mask around his face in the house. Yeah…in the house!
Kane was a young man with a kid spirit. He was a big kid at heart. He loved building Lego sets, building forts around his bed, and making bracelets and coloring pictures.
Kane loved playing his video games. He enjoyed Fortnight, Call of Duty, and WWE. He would get so upset when he would lose. He would yell multiple curse words in the headset and at the TV!
He loved to go camping and just simply being outdoors. He just wanted to be a part of something…anything.
Kane worked various jobs over the years. He worked at McDonalds, was employed with his mom at the convention center, and he worked alongside his grandpa at his grandpa’s company.
Left to celebrate Kane’s beautiful life and memories are his mother Rachel, whom he loved and adored, his father Bobby, his siblings Trinity & Larena, Grandparents, aunts, uncles, and many, many cousins and friends.
