He enjoyed hunting, farming, and watching baseball, football and basketball (especially the Utah Jazz). He loved spending time with his children and grandchildren. He served in the U.S. National Guard and was on active duty with the U.S. Army during the Cuban Missile Crisis.
Lanny is survived by his son, Gregory Taylor; daughter Heather Jones and her husband John; daughter Katina Bryant and her husband Jason; and 4 adoring grandchildren, Demetrius, Logan, Breck and Bethany.
He is preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Rae and Gary Taylor.
Memorial services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 25, at the Olinger Chapel Hill Mortuary, 6601 S. Colorado Blvd. in Littleton, Colorado.
