Linda D. Lauder

Linda was born on November 21, 1947, in Chadron, Nebraska to Leo and Ruth Lauder. She graduated from Chadron High School in 1966, and attended college in Chadron, and worked in the accounting field until she retired in 2013.

Linda is survived by her brothers, Jim Lauder of Surprise, Arizona, John Lauder, of Alliance, Nebraska, sister Janice Fodor of Highlands Ranch, Colorado, brother Roger Lauder of Alliance, Nebraska, and sister Deb Serres of Dix, Nebraska, and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, brother Larry, and her maternal and paternal grandparents.

Linda loved her dogs Murphy and Lady. She enjoyed tennis, skiing, hiking in the mountains of Colorado (which included a number of the 14ers) and New Mexico. Travel (stateside and abroad) was also among other things she loved. She supported (by walking) many causes she felt were worthy.

Mass of Christian burial will be held in St. Ignatius Loyola Catholic Church on August 26, 2015, at 11:00 am. Rosary will be said at 10:30 am. The family extends an invitation to a reception, following the service.

Memorial contributions in Linda’s name can be made to the Dumb Friends League of Denver and/or the Leukemia/Lymphoma Society of Colorado. We, the family thank you in advance for any contributions made.
