Maynard O. Burnett, Sr, age 93, of Aurora, CO, passed away on Tuesday, February 16, 2016. He was born on December 20, 1922 in Champaign, IL, the son of Gladys (Osborn) and James Burnett.
Survivors include his wife, Geraldine Burnett; sons, Kenneth (Sue) Burnett, Roger Burnett and Maynard (Shelley) Burnett, Jr; daughter, Jan (Joseph) Kneiser; 10 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 am, Tuesday, February 23, 2016 at Our Lady of Loreto Catholic Parish, 18000 E Arapahoe, Aurora, CO 80016. Burial will be held in Fairmount Cemetery.
