Tamara "Tammy" Hubbard, age 59, of Aurora, CO passed away on Thursday, December 28, 2017. She was born on September 5, 1958 in Denver, CO, the daughter of Joyce (Swearengen) and John Conklin. She is survived by her husband, Gary, sons Kyle & Garrett, sisters Terri Armstrong & Liz Neafus-Stenzel, and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Tammy was preceded in death by one son, Charles Chuck Colvin.
A Celebration of Tammy's Life will be held at 12:00 pm, Saturday, January 13, 2018 at Olinger Chapel Hill Mortuary. A reception at the funeral home will immediately follow the service. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Ability Connection Colorado at AbilityConnectionColorado.org.
