After 46 1/2 years of marriage, Ron said goodbye to his wife, Theresa Ann "Terri” Brunko on March 2, 2026. Our partnership was built on trust, humor, and the kind of companionship that grows only through decades of shared days. Born on January 24, 1959, in Coronado CA, Terri grew into a woman known for her kindness, her steady presence, and her ability to make others feel valued. She was the heart and soul of our home, the steady hand in every storm, and the person who made ordinary days feel like gifts. Always giving more than she asked for in return.
She lived her life with quiet courage and a generosity that never sought recognition. Whether she was caring for family, offering a listening ear, or finding small ways to brighten someone's day. Terri gave her love freely and without hesitation.
Terri leaves behind her son, Daniel Brunko, her daughter-in-law, Diana Brunko, and her granddaughter, Avery Brunko, who is the light of her world and brings her endless joy. Terri also carried the profound loss of her daughter, Amanda Marie Brunko, with a quiet courage that shaped her strength and compassion. She is also survived by her sister, Margie Williams, her niece, Courtney Williams, her nephew, Mackenzie Williams, each of whom held a special place in her heart. She is held in loving memory by her mother-in-law, Evelyn Brunko, who brought her into the family as her own daughter, and loved her with all her heart.
A small graveside service will be held on March 23, 2026 @ 1:00 pm at Olinger Chapel Hill Cemetery in Centennial, CO, where Terri will be laid to rest alongside her daughter.
Her absence leaves a space that cannot be filled, but her love remains in every life she touched.
