Thomas George Angell was born June 11, 1949, to Eleanore and Jerome Angell of Englewood, Colorado. He grew up in Englewood, attending Clayton Elementary School, Sinclair Jr. High School, and graduated from Englewood High School in 1967.
Tom married the love of his life, Donna Baer, in 1970 and they spent their lives on Colorado, living in Denver, Green Mountain, Ken Caryl, and Englewood. Tom spent most of his career at Electron Corp. where he worked for 33 years. After leaving Electron, he worked a short time at Dillards, Pulte Mortgage and finally at the Army Surplus in Englewood until he retired in 2019.
Tom is preceded in death by his parents and wife Donna. He is survived by his sister, Sue Mick, brother-in-laws Elvin Baer (Paulie) and William Rodenick, sister-in-law Diane Rippie, nieces Sarah Smith, Elizabeth Kilday, Steffani Rink, and Sheli Engelby as well as many cousins.
Tom loved the Colorado mountains and catching the big one that always seemed to get away. He was a huge Broncos fan and recorded every game John Elway ever played. Together, he and Donna shared a love of the ocean and lighthouses.
Tom always had a smile, an upbeat attitude, and a great sense of humor. He was a special friend to many and will be terribly missed.
