Jerry Keough of Centereach on April 15, 2014. Beloved husband of Virginia. Loving father of Timothy, Karen Matarese and her husband Anthony, Brian and his wife Tina. Cherished grandfather of Scott, Anthony, Nicholas, Brianna, Chelsea, Owen, and Gavin. Devoted great grandfather of Jason. Dear brother of Kevin. Preceded in death by his parents Mildred and Marty Keough and sister Mary Jane Moran.
Jerry graduated from St. Francis Prep High School in 1958 and attended St. John's University. He served in the Army stationed in Okinawa for 2 years. After discharge he worked for Gerber Products Inc, McCormick Spices and Campbell’s Pepperidge Farm Division as a Divisional Manager until his retirement in 2002.
Jerry love his golf, playing poker with his friends, and discussing the world of sports with his buddies at the Emerald Pub. He was a faithful Brooklyn (LA) Dodger fan and a NY Giant fan as well.
Visitation Saturday 7~9 P.M. and Sunday 2~4 & 7~9 P.M. at the O.B. Davis Funeral Homes, 2326 Middle Country Rd., Centereach. Mass Monday 9:45 A.M. at St. Margaret of Scotland RC Church. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
