Grace Ann Bartolomeo

Grace Ann Bartolomeo of East Setauket, NY, formerly of Centereach, NY, passed away on November 13, 2025. She was born on July 24, 1948, in Manhattan, NY, and spent her life devoted to her family, her students, and the simple joys that brought her happiness.

Grace was the beloved sister of Theresa Fisher (Mark), Anna Marie Kearney (Dennis), and Gaetano “Guy” Bartolomeo (Laura). She was a loving aunt to Jacqueline, Amy, Angela, Juliana, Christopher, Dennis, Kevin, and Peter, and a cherished great-aunt to Mackenzie, Juliette, Hailey, Charlotte, Liam, Brayden, Grayson, Brielle, Olivia, Matteo, Mariah, and Emilia. Her warmth, generosity, and unwavering love touched the lives of each of them, creating memories that will be treasured forever.

A retired teacher from the Sachem School District, Grace dedicated her career to nurturing and guiding countless students. Outside the classroom, she enjoyed crocheting blankets for her nieces and nephews—each one crafted with patience and love. Grace was known for her gift of conversation; she could brighten any room with her presence, but nothing meant more to her than time spent with her family.

Visitation will be held on Monday, November 17, 2025, from 2–4 PM and 7–9 PM at O.B. Davis Funeral Homes, 2326 Middle Country Road, Centereach, NY 11720. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at 10 AM at Assumption BVM Roman Catholic Church, 33 Crown Acres Road, Centereach, NY 11720. Interment will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, 3442 Route 112, Coram, NY 11727.

Grace will be lovingly remembered and deeply missed by all who knew her.
