Patricia A. Tobin

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Patricia A. Tobin on April 6, 2026, at the age of 70. Patricia was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She was a resident of Centereach, New York, and will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Patricia is survived by her devoted husband, Wayne; her cherished daughters, Desiree' Walters (Aaron) and Tiffany Buffardi (Drew); and her late son, Lucas Tobin. She was the proud and loving Yana to Amelia, Wade, Isabella, and Theodore, who brought her immeasurable joy.

A dear sister to Dennis Nemeth, Patricia shared a special bond with her family, always keeping them close in her heart. Her family was the center of her world, and she was deeply loved by them all.

Patricia was known for her vibrant personality and infectious smile. She had a unique gift for bringing joy and laughter to those around her. Whether it was dancing to any beat that moved her or singing along to her favorite tunes, Patricia’s energy was a source of light. She could be a little feisty, but also always ready to help anyone in need. She especially found peace and relaxation in the simple pleasures of life, such as floating in the pool and enjoying lazy river rides.

Visitation will be held at O. B. Davis Funeral Homes, located at 2326 Middle Country Road, Centereach, NY 11720, on April 15, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and again from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A Religious Service will take place at O. B. Davis Funeral Homes at 7:00 pm on the same day.

In her passing, Patricia leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and the reminder to always cherish life’s small moments. May she rest in peace, knowing she touched so many hearts along the way.
