Collin Curtis Downs

Collin Curtis Downs, age 25, of Pride, Louisiana passed away on Monday, August 30, 2021. Collin was born October 19, 1995. He was a loving son, grandson, and big brother. Collin had a generous, caring nature and was always there when his friends needed him. He loved hunting, fishing, and cooking. His biggest passion was gardening, especially unusual varieties of peppers. Collin is preceded in death by his grandfather, Richard Bergeron. He is survived by his father, William Downs; his mother, Candice Honeycutt; his stepfather, Lonnie Honeycutt; his sisters, Sarah and Molly Honeycutt; his grandparents, Jimmie and Barbara Downs; his grandmothers, Glennis Bergeron and Sandra Honeycutt; his uncle, Lance Bergeron; and his cousins, Logan Downs, Mary Downs, and Claire Fisher. The family would like to thank Marc Melancon for being a true friend and to his grandmother, Glennis Bergeron, for never giving up. You were his angels, now he is yours.
