Edward C. Patterson Jr., 72 of Greenwell Springs, La, went to be with his Lord and Savior on May 11, 2024.

He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Kim Toups Patterson; children, Nicole Patterson, Trey Patterson (Jennifer) and Casey Patterson (Dianna); six grandchildren, Kinley, Gabriel, Pierce, Cameron, Lucy, Lawson, and great-grandson, Stetson.

He was fondly known as "Bull" during his 30-year career with the Baton Rouge Fire Department and retired as Deputy Chief.

Edward was preceded in death by his father, Edward Patterson Sr. and mother, Earline Foster. He will be dearly missed and remembered by his family and friends.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 14th at Sandy Creek Baptist Church from 9AM to 11AM; with service beginning at 11AM officiated by Tim Norris. Burial will follow at Sandy Creek Cemetery.
