Buddy Ray Smith, age 61, of West Blocton, Alabama entered into rest on Wednesday, December 16, 2020. Buddy was born February 17, 1959 in Bessemer, AL. His parents were, Lish Smith and Esther F. Smith. He is survived by his brother, Michael Smith(Alice) of West Blocton; sisters, Susan Harrison of West Blocton and Sandra Canterbury(Michael) of West Blocton. Pallbearers will be Greg Finley, Jim Rice, Charlie Wayne Majors, Robert Smith, Bobby Earl Nelson & Eric Tyson
A visitation for Buddy will be held Tuesday, December 22, 2020 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Woodstock First Baptist Church, 2473 Coldwater Rd. Woodstock, Alabama. Funeral service will be at 11:00 AM with Rev. Steven Hicks officiating. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery, West Blocton, Alabama.
