Edna Earle Cottingham, age 87, of Centreville, Alabama entered into rest on Wednesday April 8, 2020. She was born June 18, 1932 in Centreville, Alabama. She was a member of Centreville Baptist Church where she played the organ for many years and retired from the US Postal Service. She also loved to grow flowers in her yard. She is survived by her sons, Ken Cottingham(Pam) of Centreville, Tom Cottingham(Karen) of Clanton and Mark Cottingham(Rebecca) of Marietta, GA; her sister in law, Ruth Dailey of Tuscaloosa; grandchildren, Joshua Cottingham(Meg), Rachel Hubbard(John), Jacob Cottingham, Jordan Cottingham(Tori), Leah Williams(Blake), Sarah Cottingham, Andrew Cottingham and Benjamin Cottingham; great grandchildren, Hal Cottingham, Coleman Cottingham, Heidi Hubbard, Lucy Hubbard, Titus Hubbard, Kase Cottingham, Ellie Cottingham, Bronner Williams and Ana Grace Williams.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Hal Cottingham; her parents, Fillmore and Edna Dailey; brother, Millard Dailey and daughter in law, Ruth Cottingham.
A Private Graveside Service will be held Friday, April 10, 2020.
