David Kornegay, age 61, of Centreville, AL entered into rest on Dec. 6, 2018 at UAB Medical West. Funeral service was held on Monday, Dec. 10, 2018 at 2:30 PM at Rockco Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Pineland Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service. Rev. Jimmy Garner and Bill Murphy officiating.
He is survived by his daughter, Marlana Kornegay of Huntsville; mother, myrtle Kornegay of Centreville; sisters, Letta K. Hallman(David) of Centreville and Angela K. Murphy of Centreville; 5 grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his father, Glen David Kornegay, Sr. and son, Micha David Kornegay.
Pallbearers were David Hallman, Kevin Crocker, Dustin Murphy, Nathan Ware and Wesley Ware.
