John "Luke" Lewis Acker

John Lewis "Luke" Acker, age 70, of West Blocton, Alabama passed away on Monday August 12, 2019 at DCH Regional Medical Center. He is survived by his son, Jason Acker(Shea) of West Blocton; daughters, Cheryl Dodson(Jeff) of Woodstock and Angelica Acker of West Blocton; brother, Terry Acker of West Blocton; 13 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his children, Johnny and Tracie Acker; his parents, Glen and Maudie Acker; sister, Genevieve Jordan.

Visitation for John will be held Thursday, August 15, 2019 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at West Blocton Church of Christ, Hwy 5 South, West Blocton, AL 35184. Funeral service will at 10 AM with burial in New Haven Cemetery, West Blocton.
