Mr. Simmons enter into rest at his residence. He is survived by his wife, Faye Simmons; daughter, Candance Simmons; grandchildren, Damian Simmons and Raven Simmons; brother, Richard West. He is preceded in death by his parents, Bunton and Theo Simmons and son, Eric Simmons
