Phyllis Lynn Mathis is survived by her husband, Jack Mathis of Centreville; daughters, Michelle Smitherman (Chip) of Brierfield; brother, Harold Hall of Florence; sister, Tammy Coan of Florence. She is preceded in death by her parents, James Earl and Ernestine Hall; brother, Joe Hall and sister, Ann Johnson.
