Robert is preceded in death by his father, Robert Glenn Lightsey; mother, Emily Elizabeth Lightsey; brother, Thomas Glenn Lightsey.
He is survived by his wife, Kay Lightsey; sons, Robert Scott Lightsey and Reed Lightsey (Shannon); grandchildren, Brody Lane Lightsey, Austin Wyatt "Bo" Lightsey, Evan Reed Lightsey, Darcy Kate Lightsey, and Anna Scott Lightsey; sister, Elizabeth Faye "Betty" McMillan.
A graveside service for Robert will be held at Pineland Cemetery in Centreville, AL on Monday, March 30, 206 at 10 am.
