Lacy's pride and joy were his grandchildren. He found comfort and gathered his thoughts while listening to music and had a love of collecting and watching movies. He also loved to hang out and play with his dog, Drago.
He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Carol Marchant Bright; son, Jared Nathanael Bright (Jenny); grandchildren, Sophie, Gracie, and Nolan Bright; mother, Betty Jane Bright; siblings, Brenda Wilson (Ricky), Carol Hathcock (Claude), Jimmy Bright (Cindy), Mellisa Wilson (Hank), Janet Hoyt and Betty Cheryl Wyers (Dwight); and a multitude of nieces and nephews.
Lacy was preceded in death by his father, Jim Bright; and brother, Scott Bright.
An outside service for Lacy will be held Monday, October 17, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Little Hope Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery, Eoline, Alabama.
Pallbearers are Jimmy Bright, Jacob Smelley, Tim Sanders, Leah Boyd, Dennis Odom, and Jeremy Wallen. Honorary pallbearers are Mike Smelley and Mike Ingram.
