Claudette Campo Melerine passed away at her home on Monday, August 18, 2014 at the age of 79. She was the beloved wife of the late Rudy J. Melerine. Loving mother of Paula M. Mones (Leon) and Kirk Melerine Sr. (Wendy). Proud grandmother of Kirk Melerine Jr. (Anna), Rudy E. Melerine and Misty Mones (Adam Alphonso). Great grandmother of Devin, Chelsea and Kate. Special thanks to Dr. Chris Theodossiou, Dr. James Bragg, Dr. Troy Scroggins and their staff. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation to be held at ST. BERNARD MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 701 W. Virtue St., Chalmette, LA on Friday, August 22, 2014 from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM. A funeral service will begin at 12:00 PM. Interment will follow in St. Bernard Catholic Cemetery, St. Bernard, LA.
