

She was born on May 1, 1960 in New Orleans and was a longtime resident of St. Bernard Parish before settling in Mandeville, Louisiana.
Donna’s greatest joy was her family. She is survived by her beloved husband of 45 years, Henry M. Loescher, Jr.; her son, Henry M. Loescher, III (Jennifer); and her cherished grandchildren, Evan, Baylie, Jax, Tristan, and Madison Loescher, who were the light of her life. She is also survived by her brothers, John E. White, III (Edie), and Darrel A. White (Gwen); along with many loving nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, and sisters-in-law. Donna also leaves behind her forever friend and sister, Sarah B. Heintz, and her special sister-in-law, Yvonne L. Davis.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John Edward White, Jr. and Mary Alcorn Guglielmo; her father-in-law Henry M. Loescher, Sr.; her mother-in-law Jenny Boe; her sister, Gaynell M. White; and her brother, Richard L. White, Sr.
Donna was a 1978 graduate of Andrew Jackson High school. Donna devoted 45 years of dedicated service to Dupuy Storage and Forwarding. Her long career reflected her strong work ethic, and commitment. She took great pride in her work and the relationships she built over the years.
Donna found happiness in life’s simple pleasures. She enjoyed shopping, trying her luck at the casino, and especially spending time with her grandchildren. Beach vacations with family and friends brought her great joy and created memories that will be treasured forever. Donna’s love, warmth, and steady presence will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation to be held at ST. BERNARD MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 701 W. Virtue St., Chalmette, LA, on Friday, March 6, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. A funeral service in her honor will follow at 1:00 PM. She will be laid to rest in St. Patrick No. 1 Cemetery, 5000 Canal Street, New Orleans, LA 70119.
