Gail Gleber Vieira

Gail Gleber Vieira was born on August 1, 1942, and passed away peacefully on January 10, 2026, at the age of 83. She is survived by her nieces, Cheryl Falgout (Cliff), Leslie Holden (Alex) and Kim Anderson (Brad); her godchildren, Jackie, Justin, Jenifer and Jocelyn Heintz; her great nieces and nephews, Cliff Falgout (Amanda), Kassidy Reek (Corey), Alex holden (Marissa), Austin Holden (Julianna), Abigail Holden and Andrew Holden; her great- great nieces, Gabrielle Falgout and Eliza Holden. Gail is preceded in death by her husband, John Vieira; her parents, Earl and Lottie Gleber; her brother, Earl Gleber Jr.

A graduate of Francis T. Nichols High School, she carried herself with quiet strength and independence throughout her life. She was a devoted wife and later a widow, and although she did not have children, she was known to enjoy life on her own terms and found joy in the things she loved most. She had a passion for poke keno and slot machines and never missed a chance to test her luck. Football season was always a favorite time of year, especially when paired with good company and a hearty buffet, something she truly appreciated and enjoyed.

She will be remembered for her love of simple pleasures, her independent spirit, and the memories she shared with those who knew her.
