João Lincoln Kurall passed away on Sunday, February 7, 2016 at the age of 65. He was the beloved father of João Carlos Kurall (Amanda Osborn) and Sandra Kidd (Anthony Kidd). Son of Julia Kurall and the late Joseph Kurall. Brother of Elias Kurall (Damaris Kurall), Helen Vela (the late Ricardo Vela) and Lydia Mercado (Hector Mercado). Proud grandfather of Kassandra Kidd, Kayla Kidd and Adelaide Pineda. He is also survived and fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
João was a native of Curitiba, Parana, Brazil and a longtime resident of New Orleans, LA where he enjoyed a long career as a automobile mechanic. He was well loved and will be deeply missed by his family and by all those whose lives he touched.
