Linda Jean Mancil Tucker passed away on Friday, January 22, 2021 at the age of 71. Beloved wife of Richard L. Tucker. Loving mother of Melissa Reimann (Adrian), Emmit W. Weaver (Rachelle) and the late John Paul Weaver, James “Jimmy” Allen Tucker. Daughter of the late Lenard Mancil and Janice Mancil. Daughter-in-law of the late Momma T. Sister of Olivia Mancil, Doris Dardar (Harris), Beverly Clark (Sully), Patricia Dardar (Daniel), Diane Clark (Roy), Brenda Carpenter (family friend Jim) and the late Thomas W. Mancil. Sister-in-law of the late Donald C. Weaver. Proud grandmother of Jeremy Reimann, Victoria Reimann, John Paul Weaver, Alicia Weaver and Timmy Weaver. Great grandmother of Adeline and David Reed. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. She will be forever remembered and deeply missed by her family, friends and all of those whose lives she touched.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial visitation to be held at ST. BERNARD MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 701 W. Virtue St., Chalmette, LA on Saturday, January 30, 2021 from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM. A memorial service will begin at 3:00 PM. Inurnment will be private. Due to COVID-19, face masks and social distancing are required.
