Maria Teresa Espiritu Jesusa passed away on Monday, October 3, 2022 at the age of 60. Beloved wife of Gil G. Jesusa. Loving mother of Sara Jesusa and Simon Jesusa. Daughter of Romeo and Paulina Espiritu. Sister of Anei, Meney, Jean, Bobby, Luis, Resty and Larry.
Maria was a dedicated employee of Tulane Medical Center and a member of the Lions Club. She was a parishioner and active choir member of Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation to be held at ST. BERNARD MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 701 W. Virtue St., Chalmette, LA on Friday, October 7, 2022 from 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM. A visitation will also be held Saturday morning at OUR LADY OF PROMPT SUCCOR CATHOLIC CHURCH, 2320 Paris Rd., Chalmette, LA from 10:00AM – 12:00PM. A Funeral Mass will follow at 12:00PM. She will be laid to rest in St. Bernard Memorial Gardens.
