Mark Jude Leroux

Mark Jude Leroux, age 54, passed away at his home in New Orleans, Louisiana on Wednesday, February 17, 2016. He was born in New Orleans, Louisiana and grew up in Arabi, Louisiana. He graduated from Chalmette High School and attended Southwestern University. He worked for Fidelity Homestead Association for over 32 years, ending his banking career as a Loan Executive. He was an avid sports fan, loved the New Orleans Saints, and loved playing golf. He was preceded in death by his father, Raymond Joseph Leroux. He is survived by his loving mother, Mary Ellen “Jerrie” Ruth Leroux, two brothers, David Leroux and Raymond L. Leroux (Judy), and three sisters, Cheryl Cassou, Helena Ruegger (Bill), and Raynel Freeman (Ronnie). He also leaves behind a host of nieces and nephews, all of whom he greatly adored. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory to your favorite charity would be greatly appreciated. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at St. Bernard Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home, 701 W. Virtue Street, Chalmette, Louisiana, Saturday, February 27, 2016 at 1:00 PM. Interment will follow in St. Bernard Memorial Gardens. Visitation will begin at 11:00 AM.
