Nancy Nicolosi Watts

Nancy Nicolosi Watts passed away peacefully at her home on Monday, August 4, 2025 at the age of 64. She was the beloved wife of William "Peanut" Watts for 41 years. Daughter of the late Vincent "Charlie" Nicolosi and Tina Bivona Nicolosi. Sister of Sal Nicolosi (the late Valerie), Vincent Nicolosi (the late Virginia), Angie Mangipano (the late Ronald), Russell Nicolosi (the late Brenda) and the late Sebastian "Buster" Nicolosi (the late Sue). Also survived and fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews.

Nancy was a devoted wife, beloved sister, and proud aunt whose warmth, humor, and steady presence left a lasting mark on everyone who knew her. She was born in New Orleans, LA on September 15,1960 and was a longtime resident of St. Bernard Parish. Nancy was known for her strong work ethic, kind heart, and unwavering dedication to those she loved.

She spent ten years working at Blockbuster Video, where she brought joy and movie recommendations to countless customers during the golden age of video rentals. Later, she continued her career in customer service with another ten years at Walgreens, always greeting customers with a friendly smile and caring demeanor.

Above all, Nancy’s greatest joy in life was her family. Whether spending quiet evenings at home, gathering for special occasions, or just enjoying the company of loved ones, Nancy cherished every moment. Her love for her family was constant and unconditional.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation to be held Monday, August 11, 2025 from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM at St. Bernard Memorial Funeral Home, 701 W. Virtue St., Chalmette, LA 70043, followed by a Funeral Mass at 1:00 PM. She will be laid to rest in St. Bernard Memorial Gardens.
