Valentino “Tino” Vincent Mones passed away on Saturday, March 23, 2024 at the age of 75. Tino was the loving companion of Deborah Kline Perkins. He was the caring father of Shelly Mones Morales (Phil, Jr.). Proud grandfather of Madison and Maigen Morales; brother of Leon J. Mones (Paula); uncle/paran of Misty Lynn Mones (Adam Alphonso); stepfather to Jodie Greco (Lonnie) and Troy Chaisson (Julie); step grandfather to Jaslyn Nunez and Catherine Greco; step great-grandfather to Roman and Remy. He is preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Albert and Myrtle Gonzales Mones.
Valentino was a native of Delacroix Island and lifelong resident of St. Bernard Parish. He was the owner of Tino Mones Seafood for 48 years and an active member of Dominique You Masonic Lodge # 468 F&A.M. He will be missed by us all.
Valentino’s request was that his family has no funeral service for him.
