Bill Walton

After leaving the Air Force, Bill graduated from Ohio Institute of Technology and went onto become an engineer for Rockwell International. In 1990 Bill moved to Gilbert, Arizona, where he met the love of his life, Joanne Myers Walton, and worked for Intel and Gilbert Jr. High. In his spare time, Bill loved to play video games, talk politics, listen to music, especially rock & roll, and wood-workings.

Bill had a fierce passion for his family, his faith in God, and his country. Bill was predeceased by his father, Bill Sr.; brother, Fred Allen.

Bill leaves behind mother, Eloise, his wife, Joanne of 29 years; daughter, Yvonne (Patrick) Wilson; sons, William (Mary) Shepard, Matthew Romario, William and Patrick; grandchildren: Allee, Brandon, Michael, April and Liam.

A celebration of life honoring Bill will beheld at 1 PM on March 27th, 2022 at Faith Family Church, 11530 E. Queen Creek Rd, Chandler, AZ 85286. The family requests donations in lieu of floral tributes to be sent to Faith Family Church in Bill's memory.
