In 1946, Billie married the love of her life, Paul Fuller. Together, they raised a family that included three sons: William Paul (deceased), Larry Wayne (deceased), and James Guy, who resides in Loveland, CO, as well as a daughter, Debrah Joyce, who lives in Arizona City, AZ. Billie was also blessed with five grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Billie was a deeply religious woman who couldn't wait to meet the Lord. She was talented with her hands and could crochet, knit, paint, and draw, leaving behind a legacy of creativity and devotion.
The visitation will be held at Valley of the Sun Mortuary, located at 10940 East Chandler Heights Rd, Chandler, AZ, on February 27, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm. The funeral service will follow at the same venue from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.
