

Carolyn Jane Brack, a devoted and cherished individual, passed away on September 27, 2025, at the age of 84. Born on January 26, 1941 in State Center, Iowa, Carolyn was a beloved member of her community in Sun Lakes, Arizona.
In her early life, Carolyn's family owned and operated an A&W root beer restaurant, where she spent much of her youth. She excelled academically and was Salutatorian of her graduating class, a testament to her dedication and intelligence.
In 1960, Carolyn married her first husband, James Norman Allen. Together, they had three children. Tragically, their oldest, Renea, died at birth. Carolyn is survived by her sons, Michael (Rebecca) Scott Allen and Scott (Julie) David Allen. Her legacy continues through her grandchildren, John, Mercedes, and Selena, and her sister, Marilyn Dever.
Later in life, Carolyn married Darrel Duane Brack, and in 2001, they moved to Sun Lakes, Arizona. Darrel preceded her in death in 2024.
Carolyn was passionate about her interests and hobbies. She loved to ride horses and occasionally enjoyed motorcycling. An avid painter, she also delighted in playing bridge with the ladies in her neighborhood and had a talent for playing the piano.
Among her many joys was her pomeranian, Cuddles, whom she adored.
Carolyn Jane Brack will be remembered for her devotion to her family and her cherished presence in the lives of those who knew her.
