Born September 23, 1939 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Richard A. and Bessie Lee (Clifton) Rouse. Donna grew up in Cincinnati area graduating from Taylor High School in 1957.
Survivors include her longtime spouse Dale Gish, son Jeffrey Kloosterman, daughter Tracy Lee Witsch, step-daughters Shelle Landrum (Kenneth) and Jodi Gish.
Grandchildren Jeffrey Kloosterman II (Tonya), Marcus Arieno, Thomas James (T.J.) Arieno, Ryan Landrum (Dixie), Leandra Lesniak (Jake), Janelle Gish. great grandchildren Jeffrey Kloosterman II, Liam Arieno, Dustin Kloosterman, Rylee Kloosterman, Emaly Landrum, Maggie Landrum, Tristan Landrum, Aubrey Gish and Grayson Gish.
Services will be held 11:00 a.m., Thursday January 19, 2017 at the Valley of the Sun Mortuary. Service will be graveside,
