Emmarie Jane Mioni passed peacefully on December 15, 2025, surrounded by love. Born on April 18, 1957, Emmarie lived a life rooted in faith, family, and quiet devotion. She was a woman who found contentment in what life offered her and met each season with grace, gratitude, and a gentle, curious spirit.
Above all else, Emmarie cherished her roles as a daughter, mother, ma, sister, and tia. Her love was selfless, caring, and constant. She carried a playful, silly side that surfaced in moments of laughter, and her curiosity allowed her to remain open, observant, and deeply present with those she loved most. She was inclusive and accepting of others’ lifestyles, and when something was unfamiliar to her, she chose to learn, appreciate, and make space rather than judge. She did not complain, nor did she seek attention. Instead, she found joy in loving and being loved by those who mattered most.
Family gatherings were where Emmarie’s spirit shined brightest. Many of her most treasured memories were made in the kitchen, where pumpkin and popcorn balls, no-bake cookies, pumpkin pie, and pumpkin rolls became symbols of togetherness and care. She loved saving trinkets and mementos, honoring the small, sacred moments of everyday life, often capturing them through journaling and reflection.
Emmarie is survived by her beloved family, including Sarai, Rebekah, Mario and all of her grandkids.
She was preceded in death by her twin babies (Andrew and Emmarie), Leticia (sister), and Manuel (Father).
Emmarie’s legacy lives on in the love she gave freely, the faith she carried quietly, and the open-hearted curiosity with which she met life and the people in it. She will be deeply missed and forever held in the hearts of her family.
