Festik M. Kuc

Festik was born in Encarnacion, Paraguay on February 9, 1938. He obtained his GED when he moved to the United States in 1960’s.

He was married to Esperanza on September 22, 1961 in Buenos Aires Argentina.

Festik had a career in real estate in the Chicago area with several real estate firms, and retired eventually from Century 21. He was a member of the exclusive real estate board’s million dollar club for achieving significant sales and revenue generation.

He is survived by his wife, Esperanza, Gladys Romualdo (daughter) and her husband Mario and son Aidan ( Grandson). His daughter Liliana Forney, her husband Jeff and her children, Kyle (grandson) and Rachel Haggard (granddaughter) and her husband Sam Haggard.

All may gather for Festik's funeral service at Valley of the Sun Mortuary and Cemetery, located at 10940 East Chandler Heights Road, Chandler, Arizona, 85248. The gathering will begin at 9:00 am on June 24, 2025.

The funeral service will commence at the same location, in the Sunbird Room, starting at 9:30 am, with Festik's graveside service following afterwards in the cemetery.
