Francis “Buddy” Thomas, 80 of San Tan Valley, AZ., passed away on June 10, 2012. Buddy was born in Methuen, MA. on October 14, 1931 to Michael and Evelyn Thomas. Buddy was a self-employed painting contractor until his retirement in 1998. He was a member of the VFW post 8349 and Assembly of God Church in Methuen, MA. Buddy is a Korean War Veteran. Buddy is survived his loving wife Sandra Thomas, Son’s Michael James Thomas, Michael Joseph Thomas(Melissa), and Darren Thomas, daughter Gail Page(Sterling), Granddaughters, Mikayla Thomas, Megan Thomas, and Misty Maciejewski, Great Granddaughter, Adriana Mouser and Great Grandson, Robert Phibrick, Brothers, Billy and Danny Thomas and Sisters, Carol Giora and Nancy Mchut. A Memorial Service will be on Monday, June 18, 2012, 9:00 a.m. at Valley of the Sun Mortuary, Chandler, Az. with inurnment following.
