Gail Linda Elizabeth Otto, born October 15, 1945, of Payson Arizona, originally of Cranston, Rhode Island, passed away at her Mesa, Arizona home just before sunrise on January 19, 2015. She is survived by her daughter Cynthia A. Stratton (Doug Haggard) and their sons, her grandsons she loved so much, Jack and Kyle, her brother Gary Stratton (Carolyn), and her nieces Lindsay and Heather. She is preceded in death by her youngest daughter, Candace Marie Otto, and her parents, Jack F. and Anita M. Stratton. A memorial service will be held on Monday, January 26th at 10:30 AM at Valley of the Sun Cemetery 10940 E. Chandler Heights Rd. in Chandler, AZ. In lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice of the Valley or the American Cancer Society are suggested.
