Harold L. Wolder was born on Feburary 9th, 1929 in Marshalltown, Iowa. He was the eldest of 5 children born to the late Murray and Bertha Wolder. He attended Iowa public schools and graduated from North High School. On October 19th, 1952, he married his sweetheart Essie “Lou” in Kansas City, Missouri and they recently celebrated 65 years of true love and commitment.
He served his country for 30 years and retired from the United States Air Force as a Chief Master Sergeant. He also served his fellow man in a multitude of humanitarian ways through the Masonic Lodge. Harold was a dedicated family man and he lived a life worthy of celebration. We are thankful for his time here on earth. He departed this life on November 9th, 2016.
Harold is survived by his wife, daughter, son, granddaughter, son-in-law, two sisters, one brother, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his youngest brother.
