John "Clayton" Ford

John Clayton Ford was born in Phoenix, AZ on January 23, 1980 to Robert and Deborah Ford. Clayton, as he was known by all, was a dedicated husband, father, brother and Papa. He married the love of is life on October 14, 2006 and together Clayton & Heather made Chandler, AZ their home.

Clayton was a loving father to his sons: Tyler John Ford (19) and Hunter Jayce Ford (17). If you asked Clayton what his greatest accomplishments were in life, he would tell you his sons. Clayton was a loving Stepdad to Chelsea (28), Alyssa (22) and Jordan (22) and Papa to his three grandsons: Owen (12), Lorenzo (10) and Noah (7). He was also a Daddy and best friend to his fur baby: Louie.

At the age of 15, Clayton began a long career in the Pavement Profiling Industry. He was well respected and was known for his knowledge, hard work and loyalty to the field. If you knew that Clayton Ford was going to be on your job; you knew it was going to be a good day. He was admired and a great mentor to many of his coworkers. Clayton was currently working for C & S Sweeping as a Superintendent which was a title he worked hard for and was proud to have. He will be greatly missed.

Clayton loved all sports and was a Redskins fan thru and thru. He loved to Barbecue, was the best at it in the family and we always looked forward to his cookouts.

Clayton is survived by his brother: Dustin Ford (42) of Phoenix, AZ and preceded in death by his parents: Deborah Novotony and Robert Ford.
