Judy Rogers passed away on February 25, 2019 at her home in Sun Lakes, AZ.She died peacefully in her sleep. She is survived by two daughters, Staci Rogers who lived with her and lovingly cared for her and Traci (Curtis) Lendy of Phoenix. She is also survived by four grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren, that she adored. . . Mark Giles of Los Angeles, CA; Katy (Sam) Gilstrap, Paisley & Mason of East Wenatchee, WA; Christine Giles, currently living abroad in Spain, and Stephanie Giles of Tempe, AZ.
Judy was born at home in Ronald, WA on September 10, 1939. She was raised in the Ronald/Roslyn area and attended Central Washington University where she earned both a Bachelors and Masters degree in Education. She was fearless and had a marvelous sense of adventure. She loved living in Arizona, traveling the world, meeting people and learning about other cultures. She was preceded in death by her parents, Heston and Mary Walsh, her son Mark Rogers and her best friend Emmett Sommers. She was positive and encouraging to everyone in her life and will be forever in our hearts.
