He was born in Biloxi, Mississippi on October 26, 1959. Kelvin graduated from University of Phoenix with a Bachelors' degree in Business Management.
He was married to Vera on June 11, 1983 in Phoenix, Arizona. Kelvin worked in the Window Industry for Architectural Window Products. He was an HOA board member, and had a passion for his grandchildren, travel, good whiskey, writing and coaching.
He is survived by his wife, Vera;children Logan and his wife Karly grandchildren Karter, Jagger and Colter; siblings Shea Do Qui and Gayle Tanner; his mother Jacqueline Semper.
A visitation for Kelvin will be held Monday, April 15, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Valley of the Sun Mortuary, 10940 East Chandler Heights Rd, Chandler, AZ 85248. A celebration of life will occur Monday, April 15, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, 10940 East Chandler Heights Rd, Chandler, AZ 85248. A graveside service will occur Monday, April 15, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM, 10940 East Chandler Heights Rd, Chandler, AZ 85248.
