Lee Ann Hull

Lee Ann Hull, age 65, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away on Aril 13, 2022. She was born on August 8th, 1956, in Des Moines, Iowa to Lois (Swenson) and Richard Dean Koskovick, and was joined 5 years later by her brother, Richard Dean Koskovick Jr.

She graduated from Des Moines Lincoln High School, received a BA in counseling from Arizona Bible College, a Masters in Mental Health counseling from Argosy University and a Masters of Science degree in Counseling from Grand Canyon University.

She was married to Gary Lee Hull in Des Moines on December 21st, 1974, where their son’s Jason Matthew and Jared Robert were born. In 1985, they moved to Phoenix, AZ.

In her late 20’s she was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes and she entered the DCCT/EDIC research study and clinical trial for the disease in San Diego, California. She was still involved in the study at the time of her death, making several visits each year to the clinic in San Diego. Over time, she came to love her visits, making them into a vacation by visiting the beach, visiting friends, and enjoying her favorite restaurants there.

Lee Ann had a passion for Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior and was a member of Christ’s Church of the Valley where she served as a Sunday morning greeter. She also served Him in various other churches in Phoenix as Co-director of Drama Ministry at Northridge Community Church, Small Group Director at Citi-church, Small Group Consultant at Mountain Valley Church, Community Care Pastor/Counselor at Reunion Community Church, and Associate Pastor/Counselor/Volunteer Manager at Valley Cathedral Church.

She is survived by her mother and father, her sons Jared and Jason (Tori) and her grandsons Jonathan and Mason.

She looked forward to joining her brother, Rick and Grandma Lucie in Heaven with Jesus.

A Memorial/Celebration of life will be held for her at CCV Church in Peoria on May 10th at 2:30 pm in building 400. Soon after, we will take her to San Diego for her last trip on earth.
