I am so sad to hear the news. It is so painful to see such a beautiful young life gone although I am not her friend and I didn't know her name before. But her smiling face is so familiar to me. As a mother whose son was in the same part time classes with her daughter Jasmine, I often saw her when we picked up the kids. 
I still remember the first time I met her in Feb 2009. It was the first time I came to the school and I was trying to get a little more information from the parents after the tour. She was standing there quietly, looking inside of the classroom. I talked to her a little bit and she was so nice and helpful. We greeted each other every time we met at the school. She was a pretty, elegant, quiet and warm-hearted Chinese girl. I can tell She gives her full attention and love to her kids. When she was pregnant with her second baby, she looked busy and happy....She looked good after delivery, although i didn't see her much. I just can't believe she is no longer here...it is so sad for a mom not being able to see her kids grow up. But we share the comfort that she will no longer suffer.
 Our thoughts go to her family and her kids. You have our support and we are here and ready to help. Just let us know. With heartfelt sympathy,

I am so sad for your family's loss. Lulu was a wonderful mom and a kind gentle person.  We will all miss cheerful smile!! I would like to help in any way to make this easier on the children and your family.

Dear Bill, 

Words seem inadequate to express the sadness we feel about your loss. Tom and I send our thoughts and support to you, Jasmine and Sophia as you begin your journey without LuLu. We share comfort in knowing LuLu is no longer suffering, and she will remain in our hearts.
